A gem within the ring road of the city. We are happy to provide the opportunity for a quiet and private accommodation on the Amsterdam water.
The apartment has its own front door with a small terrace and direct access to the water.
Distributed on two floors, connected with an open staircase.
Downstairs is the living area with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an espresso machine.
Upstairs a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and space for a cot. Windows all around, lots of light.
Downstairs through the patio doors overlooking and direct access to the swimming water! It is possible to moor a boat up to 10 meters at the apartment.
The apartment has access to wireless internet and cable television

Two small suggestions. Have the motion light that shines at night on the dark entry path from the street come on sooner. Provide a small quantity of bathroom liquids, soap and shampoos to get started.

nice houseboat for our stay. quiet location, comfortable bed, plenty of room to settle in. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well-equipped. location is within ten minutes of train, bus, donkey bikeshare. I would stay here again.
