Charming Studio City area garden apartment located near Universal Studios, Hollywood and NOHO Arts district. Close to Burbank, many of the major studios, Griffith Park, (hiking and riding trails), LA Zoo, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and downtown LA. Santa Monica and Venice beaches are about 25- 30 minutes away. Disneyland about a 40 minute drive.
The apartment has a four poster queen size bed in the bedroom with a full just remodeled bath attached, (tub and shower), a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests if needed, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a wide covered porch surrounded by trees off the living room with a love seat, table and chairs and is a great place to relax out doors and watch the humming birds at the feeder. The kitchen door leads down to a private fenced and landscaped yard with patio furniture, shaded by a majestic elm tree..
There is also a gas barbecue grill.

Excellent as always. This is the third time we have stayed here. It looks just as the photos on the site or even better. Clean and welcoming. Lots of nice touches like plants and flowers placed through out and a good quality welcome basket.The apartment is well furnished, comfortable and is very much home from home. Despite, it being in close proximity to Laurel Canyon Blvd, it is amazingly quiet and restful. The kitchen is well stocked with a range of appliances and equipment for every eventuality. Towels of various sizes are available for bathroom use as well as a different set for the beach.We particularly like the veranda. Here there is a relaxing sofa as well as facilities for eating. The hummingbirds visit daily. An amazing sight for us from the UK!The location in Valley Village is very central for the film studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Metro, which gives very cheap and easy access to all of LA. Two minutes walk away is Jon’s International Supermarket. We found more than we needed there.Helen, the host is very accommodating. You couldn’t wish for anyone better.

Clean, quiet and in a great neighborhood. My daughter and I stayed there and it was fantastic. We’ll definitely stay there again if we are back in that area.

My husband and I had an absolutely outstanding stay at this property. Absolutely everything we needed was available. Helen was extremely easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had.
