Set back among mature trees on a quiet residential street in Valley Village, this downstairs unit is available for short or long term stays. A cozy home away from home, the unit is fully furnished and fully equipped with its own washer and dryer, private landscaped yard with patio furniture, fountain and barbecue. Pets are welcome. Located close to major studios and just minutes from Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater concert venue and City Walk, NOHO Arts District, Metro Rail to Hollywood, (Graumanns Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater and Hollywood Blvd), downtown and beyond.
2 blocks from the Ventura and Hollywood freeways; 1 block walk to local market and Starbucks; 10 minutes by car over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, trendy Melrose Ave shopping, and upscale Beverly Hills. Lots of great restaurants nearby and don't forget the Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats and enjoy an open air concert.

This property was amazing for my 6 week stay. Clean, beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with items required for a longer visit. The owner was lovely and helpful for any issues that arose. I brought my dog and we enjoyed walks in the nice, safe neighborhood and a park at the end of the street. The only thing I might caution a renter against is privacy! Through you have your own "private" entrance and gate, I was surprised to find that landscapers, a general contacter helping with repairs, and the owner all entered without notice several times during my stay. No biggie - I adjusted my habits to anticipate the seemingly private windows to the yard not actually being private - but as a woman staying along for most of the stay, it did startle me the first few times to look up and see a man in my yard. Other than that everything was beyond perfect. I wouldn't not personally plan on anyone staying on the fold out couch as it's quite uneven. But the bed itself was spacious and comfortable enough (i personally like firm and it was.)Thanks for a great time in LA!

The place was very clean and very comfortable and Helen was very responsive for any concerns we had. The kitchen had everything you need.. The bed was comfortable and we love the balcony outside for coffee and relaxation. We will come back again. Nice book about useful tips and suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores and anything in between. Loved it

Our visiting Norwegian family of 5 stayed here and said they loved it. Clean, green, quiet. A great respite from their very busy LA tourist activities. Thx!!
