Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's residence. Ground floor: Living room with wood-burning stove (TV, Wi-Fi). Fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). First floor: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm). Bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190cm). Shower room with WC. Washing machine. Oil-fired central heating and electric convectors. Wood provided on request. All utilities included except electric vehicle charging. Private, unfenced garden. Gravel courtyard at the rear of the house. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shelter. Parking. Bed linen and towels provided. Optional cleaning service. Baby equipment available on request (travel cot, high chair, and baby bath). You will be staying on this magnificent Cotentin farm (a working dairy farm). The local white stone gives these buildings a certain charm. The location is peaceful and perfectly situated near the beaches and famous D-Day landing sites.
