Stunning location and within 15 minute walk of the old city walls one way and beach the other. A serene position overlooking the bay and islands.
If planning to cater regularly for a large group, the kitchen is small - but with so many amazing restaurants and delicious food in Dubrovnik this is unlikely to be an issue.

We travelled with a group of friends. The villa was actually in three almost separate parts which suited our group really well. We all had space to ourselves and never felt like we were all on top of each other. There was a great outdoor seating and dining area outside where we could all congregate together.
There were a lot of stairs! But due to the nature of Dubrovnik, I think most properties are like this. More stairs = Great views!

La casa muy completa, amplia y cómoda. Los dueños de casa muy amables, la ubicación excepcional . Las piezas amplias y cómodas. Una piscina maravillosa con una gran vista. A pasos del pueblo.
La decoración de las piezas , pero es cosa de gusto. Las hubiera preferido más simples
