Villa Adrian - Six Bedroom Villa with Swimming pool and Sea View

We had a fantastic time and Adrian and Naira made our stay magical. They offered assistance on transportation, tours and dinners. They really took the worry out of decision making. We had 13 people and we never felt crowded. The pool and outdoor space made us feel like we never had to leave the house. But when we did, we were able to walk to every attraction!

We had 9 cousins for 7 days and rented the entire villa. First and foremost the hosts are two of the kindest and most welcoming people!! They do live next door. Adrian drove us 25 minutes to a larger supermarket so we could stock up on food for the week. Naira is a concert pianist and played for us one evening. The pictures on Vrbo are very accurate. Bedrooms are a great size and have their own bathroom. The outdoor space and pool are awesome and we were in that pool everyday. Kitchens are well stocked. It’s about 15 minute walk, downhill, to Old Town and The Walls. There are 2 small grocery stores on the walk down. 25 minutes from airport. We will definitely be coming back again…it was a wonderful week!!

An absolutely lovely property! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beautiful decor inside. The host were such lovely people and so accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Eight members of our party stayed at Villa Adrian for 5 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were in Dubrovnik for our daughter’s wedding and were looking for a convenient and relaxing location. Villa Adrian hit the mark. Adrian and Naira made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived to when we left. We appreciate their hospitality for our wedding trip! Adrian welcomed us with wine and snacks upon our arrival and proceeded to give us information about Dubrovnik which proved helpful during our stay. This villa is very comfortable with charming furnishings. We occupied the 4 second-floor bedrooms in the house knowing if we had any problems that Adrian and Naira were right next door. Villa Adrian is uphill of the old city, a quick walk to the Ploce Gate, Banje Beach and 2 shopping markets where we bought our breakfast foods. We enjoyed dining outside on the patio each morning and spending time on the patio and in the pool overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea and Lokrum. Each of the rooms have wall mounted AC units keeping us cool at night. 2 of the 3 bathrooms were adjacent to the bedrooms and the 3rd was on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, cookware, utensils and dishes making breakfast and snack preparation quick and easy. Naira and Adrian also made their washing machine available to us, helpful as we moved on to a second week of travel north of Dubrovnik. The walk to and from the villa was moderate, the sidewalk is smooth and the views during the walk were beautiful. For those long days siteseeing, if we found the walk back up too daunting, we could quickly summon an Uber driver outside Ploce Gate and be dropped off right at the doorstep. We loved the pool! We loved our stay at Villa Adrian and recommend it to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik. The others in our group who stayed elsewhere in Dubrovnik were envious of our accommodations at Villa Adrian. Naira and Adrian are perfect hosts!
