This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem!

We loved our vacation at dream villa, it was very comforable and clean with lots of activities in the area. Cinzia and Anita were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful.

We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. Once we were in contact with her (about one hour later), she gave an immediate Venmo refund and granted us a voucher for a future 3 night stay. We were sad that we could not stay at this apartment, but were pleased with how the company handled the refund & rebooked us at the Hotel Villa Medici, which supplied us with one of the better dinners of our stay. The power outage is likely a one-off situation, but we did get notice prior to our stay that the WiFi was down, so might be worth double checking on that situation prior to booking.
