We liked the location and a friendly welcome staff at the reception as well as very easy and quick check in.
There were some flickering spot lights in the bathroom and in the bedroom of our room due to the leak and it was quite dangerous due to the fire risk. The coffee machine was broken at the breakfast so no coffee was provided.

Seafront Location and near town, restaurants etc. Staff were great, very helpful, recommended great pub neaby (Cottage Loaf) Lots of stairs and rather tired decor but expecting big makeover and lift being put in later this year. Breakfast OK for the price paid. Overall quite happy considering sensible price paid.
struggled a bit with 3 flights of stairs to our room but this will be resolved when lift is installed.

Spacious, very comfortable accommodation - wonderful, expansive grounds with some resident wildlife and a very suitably proud peacock!
There wasn't much not to like - if one was to be picky, an elevator would be welcome if your rooms were up a few floors ...

Welcoming. Very good location
Room was cold as if no one had occupied it for a while. Heating only came on when we were packing to leave
