Great location, beautifully situated. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in!

Friendly welcome, easy check-in. Room & bathroom were clean and tidy. The Welshcakes were a lovely touch. Bed was *very* comfortable. Quite a way from the station (we walked about 15 minutes) but that also meant it was the quieter end of the promenade, so little traffic/pedestrian noise at night, even with the window open. The beach is directly opposite. Breakfast was excellent with veggie options available. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Where do I start. Our whole experience was absolutely wonderful. So clean and presentable. It was my birthday while we was staying. Walked in to our room and a bottle of presseco was waiting on ice. How very kind and thoughtful of Simon and Emma. Would highly recommend this beautiful b&b. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for an amazing stay.
