Appartamento molto bello pulito, con una mega Terrazza vicino alla spiaggia, con ogni confort lavastoviglie, lavatrice (anche se noi non abbiamo usufruito visto che abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ) garage per parcheggiare l'auto molto comodo, sicuramente torneremo e magari per più giorni, personale dell'agenzia dove abbiamo ritirato le chiavi molto gentili che ci hanno consegnato anche prima del previsto. Top.

Appartamenti nuovi e spaziosi, la disponibilità del parcheggio privato.
Un solo specchio in tutto l'appartamento, la mancanza del tappetino del bagno, coperte poche ed un po' vecchie.

Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt, nur ca. 200 m. Das Apartment ist sehr neuwertig und modern mit 2 Schlafzimmern, ein kleines mit Etagenbett und eins mit Doppelbett. Ein grosser Balkon um die ganze Wohnung ist vorhanden mit seitlichem Meerblick. Es gibt dort genügend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Die Schlüsseübergabe an der Agentur hat super funktioniert, dort wird z.T. deutsch gesprochen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Wohnung wirkt etwas steril, da nirgendwo Bilder hängen oder es bunte Vorhänge gäbe.
Leider ist dort kein Nudelsieb und Nudelzange. Auch keine Weingläser

Location close to the beach
I chose this apartment primarily because it was advertised with a dedicated parking space. Unfortunately, upon arrival I found that the assigned space was already occupied by another car. As a result, I had nowhere to park and had to look for an alternative spot, which was very inconvenient. Despite my emails and even visiting the agency in person, nothing was done to resolve the issue during my entire stay, despite their assurances.
Inside the apartment, the overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I found the cutlery dirty and greasy, and there was some mold in the shower. Each room had only one power socket, which was not practical.
The common areas were in very poor condition: the staircase was dirty, with litter, cigarette butts, and piles of sand, and the elevator was in a similar state. It seemed that no cleaning was being done at all.
Overall, the apartment did not meet the standards promised, and I was particularly disappointed with the lack of action regarding the parking issue.
