The view from the penthouse is amazing. The hosts, Portia and David were super helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We walked across the road to Theatre on the Bay for an evening show. Very close and safe.
Property feels rundown. In need of a make-over. Skylight above bed was leaking. Shower tray super slippery. Shower door not closing. Bathroom door not closing. Slight damp smell in room and inside cupboards. Luggage needs to be carried up to 3rd floor - might be too much for older guests. We parked in front of the entrance but when fully booked, parking might be a problem.
