The hotel is located in a busy area with plenty of shops and restaurants around, as well as good public transport links to central London. The nearest station (West Ealing) is only 10 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance.
At check-in, I was greeted by two friendly and helpful members of staff who made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was assigned a quiet room (as requested during booking).
The room was spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable and bedding/towels, etc. appeared brand new. There was an iron/board in the room, together with a TV and electric kettle to make tea/coffee.
The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold produce and the coffee (very important!) tasted good. Staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful (e.g. bringing coffee to the table) to avoid unnecessary overcrowding in a relatively small breakfast area.
Wi-fi and air-con worked well.
I will certainly stay here again when back in London.

Your hotel is in a great location, near everything we need. Staff very helpfull. Hotel not too big very personal. Great value for our stay. Hope to stay tbere in the future. Our brother is living in ealing broadway in nursing home.
There is nothing that we didnt like.
