It is in the most active and busy square in Spoleto where life goes on from early morning until late at night. It has lots of shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants near at hand. The wonderful travelator system in the town has a stop just off the square so access is very easy as is access to all other facilities in Spoleto. Plus there is a tourist information office just around the corner. All major tourist attractions are very accessible from here also.

It was across the street from the most popular caffe in the Piazza Mercato. The baristas were friendly and we got to know each other. The restaurant next door came in handy. The host, Giovanni, was pleasant.
The street noise below the window was noted when we chose this place but it went on until two and three in the morning. Teenagers being served alcohol. The apartment needs a deep cleaning also.
