La posizione assolutamente eccellente a due passi dal parcheggio e dalla mobilità alternativa, che permette di visitare in totale comodità Spoleto.
La poca luce. La scarsa dotazione dell'appartamento.

L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione in pieno centro a pochi metri dal percorso meccanizzato che conduce al centro storico e al parcheggio a pagamento (5 euro al giorno tramite ticket fornito dalla struttura). Arredo minimal.
Purtroppo con le basse temperature l’appartamento, che ha soffitti alti, risulta essere freddo anche perché il riscaldamento presente non e’ sufficiente a scaldarlo adeguamente e il bagno resta freddo. Non siamo riusciti a connetterci al wifi il cui segnale era molto debole. La stanza principale e’ priva di finestre e può risultare buia
