Very spacious apartment. Loved the big projector screen and had the basics of a fridge, microwave and some kitchenware. Lots of sunlight and windows to get air and natural light. Walking distance to other areas and the old port. 10min walk to the train station.
- The bathroom had a very damp smell/odor, which made it very unpleasant to walk into - as if the sewers were broken.
- There was construction literally outside the door and on our floor, starting at 730am for 2 days - even on Saturday morning. Understandable on a working day - Friday... but on a Saturday? This was not mentioned at all to us, even before checking in, which I find is an important factor for someone's stay - very unprofessional imo. So we heard drilling for two mornings during our vacation.
- Not to mention, there was dust when we opened the door when entering and leaving the flat. Not great when you have a bed and someone sleeping there at the end of the hallway from the door.
- The pillows were super uncomfortable for everyone (so we all swapped for the couch pillows) and not clean, there were makeup marks on them that weren't from our group.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and well equipped, the location was quite convenient.
It is an appart hotel and you must clean the kitchen ware (I'm fine with that). However, they make you pay whether you clean it or not as, if you don't clean, you are charged 45euros, but if you want to clean, they sell you the necessary "cleaning kit" for 6euros. So, you pay both for cleaning and not cleaning. As a result, when we arrived the kitchen ware was dirty since it looks like previous hosts just rince it to make it look clean, but it was not.

towel size. we were provided with 2 small towels. Since we had to rush we couldn't ask the staff to replace it. or is it the usual towel they provide, we wonder!

Guest must clean after themselves or charged, complete nonsense, noone informs you about this.
