Sehr schöne Lage am Eingang zum Schmetterlingstal, von Olivenbäumen und blühenden Garten umgeben liegt das Haus in leichter Hanglage mit Weitblick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan in einem separaten Haus und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist technisch top ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Sehr schöner Pool mit Blick ins Tal. Das gesamte Gelände ist mit einer Mauer und Zaun umgeben und die beiden freilaufenden Hunde sind sehr lieb gegenüber den Gästen und passen nachts aber auch auf. Alles extrem sauber und gepflegt, wir kommen sicher wieder und danken dem Vermieter sehr!
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Man braucht ein Auto.

a beautiful villa in a wonderful secluded location surrounded by nature . perfect. My kids and I enjoyed the comfort of the villa , lovely pool & surroundings. highly recommended. great communication and help from Morgan the owner.

Fully equipped villa with a large pool
The access road to the villa is broken and you had to drive carefully to the villa in order to keep the vehicle from being damaged in the lower part - the owner of the house knows and is not willing to invest money to pave an access road
A homeowner who comments on lights left on on the balcony, on a gate left open, with clear rules not to use the house towels for the pool or the pool towels for the beach - agreed to change towels after 3 days and not after 4 days
Connect a sensor to each air conditioner that turns it off if you leave the room for more than 3 minutes - so if you left the door in the parents' bedroom open for more than 3 minutes, you will not be able to return to an air-conditioned room
In the living room - after a few consecutive hours that the air conditioner was working, it just suddenly turned off
Although a well-equipped and large villa - but very old (ceiling fans make a lot of noise), a somewhat problematic location - it is in the middle of a forest at the edge of an old village
Agreed in advance to hand over a key at 11:00 in the morning (I submitted a request through booking and he approved it in advance over a month in advance) - but on the day of delivery he remembered that the previous guests only left at 9:00 in the morning and it took him about 6-8 hours to clean the villa - so after a night of flight we had to walk the streets until the place was cleaned
Insect problem - lots of ants (we found a pile of ants on the sheets of one of the beds the day we got the villa - the host changed the sheets after we showed him the bed), lots of bees are always near the pool, spiders (some of them are very large)
In front of the villa there is a field where sometimes flocks of sheep come to graze - sometimes it stinks
Took a 150 euro cash deposit for returning the villa in good condition - I don't remember that he was pre-registered to do this
