Die Aussicht ist wunderschön mit dem Sonnenaufgang. Überdachte Parkplätze hatte es genug. Die Anlage ist groß und gepflegt.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hat gerattert. Der Kühlschrank hatte ein Riss weshalb oft Wasser ausgelaufen ist. Unser Zimmer war nicht immer sauber (Haare und Staub auf dem Boden). Bei unserer Anreise gab es ein Missverständnis mit dem Zimmer. Wir waren zunächst im falschen Zimmer (downgrade) und haben es nicht gemerkt und wurde erst als die nächste Gäste angereist sind darauf aufmerksam gemacht bzw. gestresst, dass wir schnell zurück in die Unterkunft kommen sollen, da sonst die anderen Gäste unser eigentliches Zimmer bekommen würden. Fand ich persönlich etwas unorganisiert, da wir schliesslich für das Zimmer im B Studio bezahlt haben und frühzeitig eingecheckt haben.

Il mini appartamento era piccolo ma soddisfacente, per il periodo di 1 settimana da noi passatoci, letto ampio e comodo, armadi, ripiani, e piano cucina utile per colazione e piccola attività di cucina, con 2 fornelli, forno, tostapane e frigo. Bagno, fatta pace con l'idea di non avere il bidet, come in tutta la Grecia e come in altri paesi del resto, piccolo ma soddisfacente. Pulizia e cambio biancheria giornalieri molto graditi. Bel terrazzino con una vista spettacolare sul mare, isoletta di Diaporos (dove siamo andati con gommone affittato) e Monte Athos sullo sfondo. L'alba dal terrazzo era mozzafiato, e subito dopo sullo stesso ci siamo serviti la colazione, da noi preparata. Parcheggio all'aperto riservato agli ospiti. Una bella struttura, silenziosa e curata.
La mancanza di un microonde, che faciliterebbe la colazione. Devo indicare che serve l'auto per raggiungere il mare; per noi non era un problema comunque, dato che avevamo la nx auto e abbiamo voluto esplorare spiagge di tutta la penisola.

the view is nice
- room pictures don’t match reality
- very small rooms; they write that they have 27mp but maybe this space is with terrace; bathroom is 1.5x1.5mp; bed is stuck to the wall and you have 30cm on other sidesyy
- ground floor rooms have bedroom in semi-basement (one wall is underground and a 30cm window)
- in bathroom is a terrible smell when you use water
- overpriced for what they offer (as a comparison i booked in other place in halkidiki an 80mp 3 rooms apartment more cheaper and with new furniture)
- wifi is not working inside the room just outside
- the accommodation is in the front of the hill. You can’t go outside without a car
Conclusion: Avoid this property. You deserve better!
