The staff were friendly and helpful - they quickly provided the extra pillows we asked for. The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is good and not expensive. The hotel is easy to reach from the Sofia ring road - take the road to Dragalevtsi and turn right at the roundabout after the small chapel with the golden domes. There are buses and taxis to get you to and from the city centre. The view of Vitosha was unfortunately obscured by cloud for most of our stay.
No fruit juice at breakfast - fizzy drinks instead. The toaster bears the same relation to the slices of bread as a boat to a great white shark: they need a bigger one.

Clean and nice hotel.
Cigarettes smell in the restaurant, even waiter smoked heated cigarettes near guests smoking classic cigarettes inside the restaurant.

I liked the location and spacious family room
Breakfast was very poor, super poor. Basically included breakfast was the only reason why we took this hotel instead of appartment. But breakfast quality was very disappointing.
