We have just stayed 3 nights at this hotel, which is very grand throughout but the air conditioning was non existent, we were uncomfortably hot during our stay especially at night trying to sleep, we asked for a fan at reception but was simply told NO, the breakfast is fine if you like cold food, the fried eggs, baked beans and potatoes were stone cold and only 1 coffee machine to serve the restaurant which broke down many times, 1 toaster available which always had a queue, we would not stay at this hotel again, I think any 4 star hotel should at the very least be able to offer a warm egg for breakfast

The worst customer service I ever experienced, not helpful in anyway.
Had couple things that didn’t work in our room that we mentioned they didn’t even bother fixing the problems.
