Great host, communicative all across the board and very much accommodating to our needs. The location was spectacular, close to the promenade and various pubs. Lovely breakfast too.
The amenities are quite old and the room was hot in the heatwave (could use some AC or fans in the rooms)

Good location - close to bus routes and railway station only a 15-20 minute walk away. The host is happy to book a taxi for customers if required. Continental breakfast - cereal, pastries, toast, fruit etc all available and plentiful. A quiet, clean, single en-suite room - no noise at all. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom/shower. No complaints from me.

The property is closely located to the centre. Easily accessible. The property was very tidy and had all the facilities. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
