The quiet location and comfortable room. Good availability of on street parking, I was able to secure a space daily approximately 10-20m from the hotel.

Close to location I needed. Lovely outlook from bedroom at front of property. Felt quite private.
Couldn’t unlock front door at times as key did not work properly/ lock kept sticking. Had to be let in twice.

Found room very comfortable and clean. Ate out as visiting friends and for a funeral.
Weather (rained most times) but managed to meet up despite this.

Room was spacious and clean, would have liked to have bins emptied each day. On arrival we asked about timings for breakfast but not informed that we had to book the evening before, we were looking forward to a breakfast before leaving.
