6 of us stayed here (2 adults and 4 teens). The adults and teens slept in separate rooms and each one had his own bed.
It takes 15 minutes or less of walking from here to several bus stops and train stations. The owner, Pino, was quite accommodating and helpful. You could easily ask him for suggestions (places to visit, to eat, etc.) and for simple requests (extra towels, bed, etc.). There’s nothing superb about the place but it provides everything that a small group needs - decent place to sleep, sufficient amenities and good enough space to relax.
Everything was working well except the ceiling fan switch (you need pliers to turn it). This is beyond the owner's control but it's good to know that mosquitoes could be bothersome in the garden.

Pino est très serviable et nous a donné plein d info pour les ballades dans Rome.
L appart est à proximité du bus 44 pour aller en ville.
Équipé comme il faut pour un séjour sympa.
La terrasse en rez-de-chaussée appréciable au milieu des bananiers.
Le quartier est populaire et sûre.
Tout était cool.
