The size of the apartment. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space.
The construction started early in the mornings.

The location was within walking distance of the Vatican and also close to buses. Large apartment and fully stocked with all you will need. It was also very secure.
We had trouble with the dishwasher leaking over the floor - even without us using it! The electrical system shuts off regularly - especially when using the oven. And the wifi alternated between bad to average. These were all relatively minor things - but they did impact our stay.
