About this house rental
The property is set among the green Tuscan hills that surround it with a beautiful panorama that alternates rows of vines and olive groves. Staying you will be able to enjoy the large interior spaces as well as the exclusive swimming pool and the covered terrace perfect for lunches and dinners. The house has a large living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TV and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a single bed in addition and a large bathroom with a bath. There is an electric heating and cooling system via heat pumps, wifi connection and free parking. The whole property is fenced with an electric driveway gate. The pool is open from May until October, daily cleaning is carried out by the owner Carlo who you can also meet for garden maintenance and for horses in the owner's underlying stables. Pets are allowed unless agreed with the owner, there is a cat in the property and the owner himself has a dog.
The position of the house allows with less than an hour drive to reach all the major tourist centers of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Sn Gimignano, Certaldo, Chianti, Monteriggioni), the same Etruscan Coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea can be reached within 40 minutes by car. Heating system Fee period ( March, April, May) euro 18/day. A/C fee 10 euro/day

We just finished our stay here and had a wonderful visit. The views are stunning from all angles while sitting outside by the pool or the patio. Totally worth the stay. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained along with the everything else on the property. The area is very quiet and secluded which we loved. The location is easy to reach everywhere in Tuscany. We did day trips with our car from this location. There is no oven but we didn’t mind the small kitchen. We still cooked there every night. Carlos the owner does not speak English but does his best to communicate via google translate on his phone. He was always with a smile and willing to help. These are our photos from the sunset and it was breathtaking.

We had an amazing time at the house. The pool and the outdoors area are amazing. Great terrace outside in the shade for eating and hanging out. Unbelievable views over the hills and valley.
The interior is a bit limited since the house is split up with the owners, with them having the ground floor and guests have all the first floor including 2 bedrooms and bathroom. They didn’t live there, but came 1-2 times per day to check on the animals and clean the pool. Very friendly and polite - great hosts.
The kitchen is limited in size and doing, and will require some coordination to make bigger meals. No dishwasher and oven, but outside bbq available :-)

This is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location with an exceptional well maintained pool. It has a small but functional kitchenette which was more than adequate for our needs. Carlo and Marcia were very welcoming and attentive hosts with whom we were able to communicate with effectively using google translate. We had a fantastic stay and did not want to leave. We highly recommend it.
