Terrazzo meraviglioso zona tranquilla
Piccolezze il terrazzo pur essendo meraviglioso ha piante e vasi abbandonati e assetati anche se sono piante grasse e i vetri non erano puliti
Piccolezze che la pace che ho provato hanno cancellato altro problema era il bagno caldissimo ci deve essere qualche cosa sul balconcino
Ultima cosa l’acqua del lavandino del bagno è da ustione fortunatamente solo quella del lavandino

The accommodation is 200 m from the beach, 400 m from the train stop that goes directly to the center of Rome, beautiful view of the sea directly from the terrace, the terrace was spacious and sunny, the apartment was equipped above average, we did not feel that we were missing anything, when handing over the keys we met a father of accommodation provider who was very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be happy to come again next time,
the shower was quite small and narrow, but we managed :-)

La terrazza è sensazionale, ci siamo goduti un bellissimo tramonto! Il mare è vicinissimo sotto ci sono sia il tabacchi che un forno!
Unica pecca il materasso veramente scomodissimo, tanto è che abbiamo dormito sul divano! Proprio un peccato! Ma del resto veramente ottimo!

The ocean view is beautiful, the terrace is spacious, and the bed is comfortable.
The apartment is on the top floor, although the elevator stops one floor below. The apartment is rather worn and could benefit from renovation and (much) more cleaning. Some furniture and freezer shelves were broken, and the kitchen and bathroom are dated. The windows are dirty and the terrace also appeared neglected, with dead plants and cigarette butts left behind.
