L'appartement est hyper bien situé : - à 3 minutes à pied de la gare des trains qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Rome en 35 minutes ; - 5 minutes à pied du bord de mer (le lido di Ostia) ; - à proximité immédiate (juste à l'angle de la rue de l'immeuble) d'un supermarché ouvert 7/7 et jusqu'à tard le soir (22 heures). Notre hôte Camilla est super gentille, prévenante, ponctuelle et dispense d'excellents conseils pour faciliter ton séjour. L'appartement en lui-même est grand, avec assez de couchages indépendants pour une famille de 5, ce qui permet à chacun de se sentir à l'aise et de disposer de son espace. Il est très bien équipé, en particulier pour cuisiner et laver son linge et dispose d'une terrasse particulièrement sympathique pour les apéritifs ! Enfin, une place de parking est disponible à l'intérieur de la cour fermée et sécurisée de l'immeuble. Bref, c'est un lieu très propre, très agréable, très calme, très facile à vivre et hyper bien situé par rapport à tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances romaines ! Je recommande à 200% !!!

For us the key features were the parking spot in a private parking lot and the fact it's literally under five minutes from the place to the train station to take the train to Rome. When taking the train I would recommend switching to line B in Basilica San Paolo rather than going to the last stop, since that way you don't need to exit one station and enter another, you just go down one escalator and up the other. There is also a supermarket less than 50 m from the front door, as well as some other shops and food places. The place itself is well equiped for what you'd need for a typical holiday stay, it's not new, but it is nicely decorated and functional. There's also a small private garden. The host is very friendly and was helpful.

The parking spots are not reserved, but there is a limited number of keys, so you can always find a spot, though one or two spots are trickier to get into than the rest. The last train back to Ostia from Rome is at 21:03h from Basilica San Paolo (earlier if you want to board from Piramide, and it isn't usually late). I wouldn't recommend missing it if you are not planing to stay late in Rome, since the alternative transports are much less convenient. Google gives the location a bit off, so look for the only car entrance on the block, past the street parked cars.

Bon emplacement. Parfait pour visiter Rome avec les transports à proximité. Plage à proximité. Camilla est très accueillante et de bons conseils.

La literie et l'équipement sont un peu vieillissants.
