Spacious, big, bright, comfortable, close to city center, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Very lively area which matched my expectations

The apartment is cute and the location is great.
The apartment is right next to a nightclub, and it is noisy throughout the night.
As you enter the building, you are entering a building site with no lights, and the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. None of this was communicated in the description of the property.
The property does not have 3 bedrooms. The upstairs loft has a sofa with curtains around the sofa - but that does not make it a bedroom. The main bedroom is spacious but the bed in the 2nd bedroom covers the room wall-to-wall - literally. You have to get onto your bed at the bottom of the bed and there is no space to place anything else in that bedroom. This apartment would be too small for more than 2 people.
