It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and ready to help if something is needed. Kitchen had all the equipment needed.
Only the Living room had Air Conditioner and it did not heat enough. If it would have been colder, that would be a problem. The internet was slow someties and did not cover good all the apartment. In the last beedroom the connection was very poor. And last there were no slippers for bathroom. We had to wear our own shoes to go in the bathroom

Very spacious apartment for 4 adults.
Great communication with staff.
Location very handy for walking around Pristina.
Better info about where the entrance door is, luckily we arrived in the morning and the lady was onsite to help us straight away.
