The position is optimal and the guesthouse and garden are lovely.The evening turn down was a special touch.
The room definitely needs some TLC the carpet was filthy, extractor fan not working, the bathroom shutter doors broken and fridge freezer over freezing. The reception was very noisy and unfortunately our room was near enough for it to be disturbing.
