About this cottage rental
Property on the banks of the 5th category LA BORNE.
Private pond, carp, gougeons, roach, trout.
Heated 4x6 pool (during use) prof 130, shared with the owner.
The gîte (tallest house, on the left in the photo)
consists on the ground floor:
a large living room with fireplace,
American kitchen equipped with a dishwasher,
large fridge / freezer, microwave.
A laundry room with washing machine.
Shaded terrace, barbecue and deckchairs by the pond.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms:
one with a double bed 160x200,
the other with a double bed 160x200 + a single bed 100x200, each with its bathroom and wc.
on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms:
one with a double bed 160x200,
The other with a double bed 160x200 + a BZ 140x 190
each with its bathroom and wc.
Cot and highchair available to tenants.
Cottage for 10/11 people.
Private parking for 3 or 4 vehicles reserved for customers. Horses welcome in fenced parks with water points. Calm assured.
The village is a 3-minute drive away. You will find all the shops and services there: bakery, butcher, delicatessen, fruit and vegetables, newsagent, florist, hairdresser, beauty salon, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, banks etc ... and a supermarket.

Das Haus ist an einer traumhaften Lage.
Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist sehr unkompliziert.
Dass sie direkt nebenan wohnen stört überhaupt nicht; Kinderlärm stört sie nicht ;-)
Wir hatten eine super Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder gehen.
