GITE RENTAL IN THE ALLIER GORGES
Stone house quietly located in a small hamlet: Pruneyrolles between Villeneuve d'Allier (43 380) and Lavoûte Chilhac (43 380) at the start of the Allier gorges.
Capacity of the gîte: 3 double bedrooms + 1 dormitory with 6 beds.
Ground floor: Fitted kitchen + dining room + TV lounge.
1 st floor: Bathroom with shower and WC + 3 bedrooms with 140 * 190 cm bed.
2nd floor: dormitory + 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
Exterior: Terrace + shelter + parking.

Ideal for hikers. The GR 470 hiking trail of the Gorges de l'Allier from Brioude to Pont d'Alleyras passes in front of the house.
Price per night: 20 euros / person.
Bed linen supplement: 10 euros per bed for the stay,
Price per weekend or week on request depending on the number of people.
Payment on arrival, 30% deposit check on booking + deposit.

Een mooie woning in een rustige omgeving. We hebben hier twee dagen vertoeft als start van de vakantie met twee gezinnen. Het huis is een heerlijke ruimte waar je veel ruimte en ruimtes hebt. Een mooie schuur waar je beschut buiten kunt eten. Het 'dorpje' is zo goed als uitgestorven, daardoor is het er heerlijk (of erg) rustig. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien wat erg prettig is. Vanuit het huis kan je heerlijk wandelen. We hebben nog een uurtje bij het riviertje gezeten en gekeken naar de vele kano's die voorbij komen. Er werd daar ook veel gevist.
Al met al een bijzondere woning, erg karaktervol waar je heerlijk een paar dagen op adem kunt komen. Maar daarna wel weer door moet in ons geval, voor tieners is de omgeving wel heel rustig. Het ontbreken van Wifi stimuleert dat.

La maison est typique de l'Auvergne, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et serviables, le gîte est au pied des chemins de randonnée, nous avons passé une excellente semaine, possibilité de manger dehors et à l'abri, le gîte possède un garage fermé

Gite très bien situé, au calme, avec une vue splendide
Un grand espace couvert en face du gite pour garer les motos, s'installer à l'abri pour prendre l'apéritif ou jouer au ping pong
Déco originale, literie confortable
Très bon contact avec Aurélie qui nous a conseillé pour les parcours et nous a gentiment fait des courses pour notre arrivée
