Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool was good. Location extremely handy for the exhibition centre and Metro Station.
Room was a little small and not much storage. Not having milk in the room to go with the coffee.

Clean, comfortable and they accepted my request for early check in
Hamam and hot tub were both out of order. Those amenities were the reason I booked the hotel. Nothing was listed about them being unavailable. After checking in while relaxing with my girlfriend, a maintenance worker came into our room unexpectedly while we were not dressed to service the shower. A phone call or notice during check in would have been greatly appreciated.
