We waited over 30 mins to check in. And there is only 1 staff at the counter. I never see extra staff. Air conditioning will suspense suddenly and fire alarm rang one early morning and I couldn’t see any staff coming and explain. Besides, it was not close to central areas and you need extra travel time! No good at all and will not recommend! I still couldn’t understand why they have high score! I was cheated and poor is!

Our stay here was great! rooms were clean, facilities were good and the staff were helpful. It had a very chilled vibe, so I’d recommend this hotel.

I am still waiting for the refund of the ‘deposit’ which you can see loads of reviews on google map mentioned the same thing. It’s 200 euro and they didn’t refund it yet.
