The hotel was very convenient for the Albert Hall. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating after we had a very early am arrival in allowing us to use facilities to freshen up. The room itself was well decorated and relatively comfortable
Having booked a premium king room I was not really expecting to be in the back alley of the ground floor. Due to the location, the room was incredibly dark and therefore felt very far away from being king or premium. Despite the listing stating city views we were instead facing the internal or back alley of the building
