A few steps from Bologna train station, bus stop for city centre nearby. Very nicely decorated. Efficient and polite staff.
Some noise due to landing planes until midnight.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable firm bed. Lovely, spacious breakfast room. Good coffee.
The room fridge was noisy. The cooked food at breakfast was not hot enough for our taste.

They kept it clean and it was right next door to Trattoria Via Serra
Some Electric sockets didn’t work and they were in the wrong places. The coffee pot had such a short cord that you literally had to hold it while it heated up. They gave me an extension cord but it had to be so long I would trip over it and it connected over the head of my bed the bathroom door actually blocked the area where you would enter the bed if it was open but the door had to remain open because the only real light in the room came from the bathroom.
When I arrived I looked a mess since it was a long travel day and the two people behind the desk were making fun of me and laughing since they didn’t realize I understood Italian
There were also some good staff that tried to help me with the coffee pot situation and another that ordered me a taxi for the airport
