Great Location (close to the main train station and city center), clean facilities, very friendly staff and spacious room
The in-house parking is narrow, but you can park your car at the nearby zoo parking

The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The hotel personnel were also nice and accommodating. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, the city center, and the zoo.
The room was way too warm. The thermostat indicated a room temperature of 26°C, and sadly the AC was turned off and we couldn't turn it on (maybe it was broken?). The receptionist told us that no one could come fix it before the next day, and no other room was available. Since we were only here for one night, we had no choice but to sleep with the window open and without duvets. So despite all the good points stated above, we didn't have a very pleasant night. I truly think that with a colder room, we would have a perfect stay.

Location was good. A short walk from the train station. We arrived early and were able to store our suitcase and backpacks in lockers. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful..Even recommend a good coffee destination. Hotel does provide a coffee machine in the lobby too plus you can buy snacks and drinks.
