The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with very few options for vegetarians/vegans. A real pity, as the location itself is lovely.

It’s a high-tech hotel that use their platform for all services e.g key entry, check in/out, garage entry etc. Have host at 1st floor to help all guests also (means you are not alone, can ask them for anything).
Room: Small room but no issues for us. Plus a kitchen in the room and clean.

We have arrived at around 1am in the morning and it was heavily raining and cold.
We couldn’t access the app, as it wasn’t accepting our payment for the city tax despite we have paid for the room. So we called an English online support.
Lady that was helping us was extremely rude, as she couldn’t find our account. Despite we tried to give her our order number or booking number (she said it doesn’t work this way and she needs the name) . As my name is Chinese, it is a little harder to spell, that lady didn’t even try to write it down. I spelt it out few times despite her getting angrier. She ended up shouting at us and told us she will calls us back. She didn’t call us back, I had to call her back. And when I called she founded it, so she just wanted us to wait in the cold rain, at 1 am…
Except the online customer support the experience was really nice, wish me could come during the day time. the hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel room is pretty good and the communal area is probably the best I have ever been to.
