Hôtel de Bonlieu

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was super. The staff always checked who you were so felt very safe too!

There isn’t much not to like to be honest, if I had to suggest anything it would be to double up the desk at the back to make it a dressing table, no plugs close to the mirror the way it is.

This was in a good location. Short walk to the lake. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was small but very clean. Very thankful that they have a lift since our room was in the fifth floor. They also happily let us store our luggage before our check in. We really like that they had a concierge 24/7.

Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.

The floors felt dirty and carpets throughout the room and hallways were visible stained, smelly, and even crunchy. Walls were dirty and needed repainting. Although the front desk staff were helpful when I arrived, they seemed to have other duties and several times when I went out, there was no one at the desk, no one to give the key to, which, since the keys are kept at the front desk, seemed like a security concern.
