Great location in the old town and a 5 minute walk from the train station Very simple clean and small room but very well maintained and with air conditioning. The staff were all very kind and helpful. For example I made my reservation accidentally for two people but I was traveling solo. At check in the clerk noticed and offered a lower rate. Excellent value.

No decaf coffee at breakfast.

The location was perfect and quiet considering it was on a busy street. The breakfast buffet was perfect.

All receptionist staff, cleaners and kitchen staff were absolutely fabulous. Always super helpful when I needed anything, would give them all a 5 star rating.

There was no lifts and a female receptionist helped me carry my suit cases up two flights of stairs. Room decor was very basic, no bar fridge, kettle or complimentary tea or coffee. The bathroom was an issue. There was a very large step up into the shower base. When you had finished your shower, it was difficulty to step out and down the step with nothing to hold on for support. It was very slippery every time when I had finished my shower and I had to be super cautious to avoid an accident.
