We were looking for an affordable location close to Geneva on our bike tour around the lake Geneva. Rooms were clean, just very small.
To our surprise restaurant / bar in the hotel does not work on Sunday. At least breakfast was served following mornign, and it was descent.

We had expected a quaint inn with a cute cow as its mascot. But really, it was more like a typical traveler's motel/hotel in a busy fast food area. The price point was good though given how expensive things are near Geneva, although it's not close to the city. The staff was nice, but not overly so, just adequate (we asked to use borrow forks and they looked annoyed). Our initial non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, requiring a change. This always annoys me as cleaners should flag this and do what is needed to remove the odor. A guest should not have to ask to change rooms for this. But the hotel is clean and the cow, Marguerite, is awesome. So, it's a decent place to stay, just not what I had hoped.
Everything was adequate. Not great. Not bad. The location requires a car.
