Location and tranquility
It would be better if the air conditioning wasn't there, because it just blows air that isn't cool and is annoying and pointless.

This is a good value motel set up with clean modern rooms and a central food and bar area. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. 10 min drive to airport. The local village has multiple good restaurants, we went to the Karma which was an excellent Indian restaurant.
As expected for a motel.

Room was clean and quiet and staff were friendly
Since it is a bed only booking, they should have microwave and small refrigirator in rooms. They should indicate Bus number from Airport, bus station at which to alight and put a sign post that shows direction of hotel from that last station.

Cheap, staff were very nice, heat worked great
Smelled like poop in room, some stains/uncleanliness, airport shuttle not useful, 15 min walk from closest airport bus station
