About this house rental
In the town house you have two MBZ with 1x 1.40 m bed and 1x 0.90 m bed. There is also a double room with 2x 0.90m beds. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. A large communal kitchen with island and sitting area. Sky and WiFi in every room. Welcome,

The town house delights with its extremely lovingly furnished interiors.
Here on the ground floor a multi-bed room with a 1.40m and a 0.90m bed enchants every guest in soft, warm tones. Two large closets, bedside tables and a refrigerator are also included.
Next to it is the exclusive bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. The absolute highlight here is the beautiful mirror, which, in gold, gives everyone who is looking in the feeling of a unique portrait ;-).
The kitchen is also on the ground floor. In olive green, it stimulates creativity not only with your equipment but especially with your practical cooking island. There is also an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and much more. All sorts of things can be stowed and found in the storage room (e.g. the extensive game collection). The cozy seating area offers all hungry, fun and creative people a place to stay.
On the upper floor there is another room with the same bedding. There is also a double room with two single beds (2x 0.90m). Both rooms have a table with two chairs and their own fridge in the room. In addition, the two rooms share a small but extremely fine bathroom with shower and toilet.
All rooms are equipped with WiFi. In every room there is also a flat screen with Sky connection.
You can park, grill or play outside in the driveway.

The property is in a quiet residential area with children playing on the street. The neighborhood is family. In the immediate vicinity you will find playgrounds, beautiful organic country houses, lovingly designed half-timbered houses, sports facilities and small beekeeping stations.
If you want to go further: 10 minutes on foot to the Cologne / Bonn train connection with direct connection, 6 minutes by car to the A555 connection to Cologne Bonn, 7 minutes by car to the A61, 115 minutes by car to Phantasialand

We spent a lovely week in the Stadthaus in Dersdorf. The house had lots of space, was really well equipped and conveniently located within easy reach of Cologne and Bonn. Great ice cream at Veronesi and fabulous breakfast at Café Voigt in nearby Bornheim. Good public transport and road connections locally. The friendly team answered out queries really quickly. Spotlessly clean.

We stayed here to visit Bonn and Cologne and it was in the perfect place. Lovely and clean. Perfect for a family!

The inside of the house is nicely decorated and very clean, the bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms and kitchen also very nice and functional. We did miss an area to relax though, the only place you can sit together is at the table in the kitchen which is not very comfy. The info on the website with regards to the outside is misleading. It gives the impression you have a driveway where you can "park and grill and play". In reality you have to share this driveway with 7 other apartments, which means: no parking unless you are very early, sitting outside at a table with a car parked right next to it is not very pleasant. A shared driveway also means a lot of noise starting very early in the morning (6:15) with cars driving back and forth, people talking etc.. Our suggestion to the owners: turn the driveway into a nice terrace, no parking and do mention on the website that this is not a standalone house, but part of a larger complex with other apartments so that people are not disappointed when they arrive like we were.
