Beautiful brick house in Bornheim-Dersdorf with a double room, 3 rooms that can be booked as single or double rooms and a single room. All of this in a lovely restored field fire brick house in a top location between Cologne, Bonn and Phantasialand; Lan / WLan, Sky TV, flat screen, bathroom for 2 or 3 rooms, kitchen with dishwasher, cozy winter garden as dining room. But honestly, words just do little justice to the atmosphere in and around the cute brick house. You would have to try it yourself: from our winter garden you can enjoy the stormy autumn and the snowflakes in winter by candlelight. The terrace and veranda invite you to linger in summer. Find your favorite spot on the terrace or on the veranda, in the cozy winter garden or wherever you want. Just take a deep breath and let the brick house feel warm and cozy. When you experience the moment of being at home, we have done everything right. If not, please let us know. Because then we have to go again ...

The newly renovated brick house has a twin room, three rooms that can be booked as single or double rooms and a small single room - all with the finest bed linen that promises a well-kept night's sleep.
The natural stone bathroom on the upper floor is divided into three rooms and is decorated in warm tones with exquisite washing and shower interiors. The bathroom on the ground floor is shared by 2 other rooms. The communal kitchen in a cozy country house style is located on the ground floor and offers the usual comfort including a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. So that there is no jealousy of food, a large refrigerator is available for each room. In addition, all guests have Lan / WLan, Internet TV, Sky TV through a flat screen (100 cm screen diagonal) in your room. In combination with the beautiful furnishings, this invites you to feel absolutely at ease.
The roof terrace and veranda belong to the house. The large courtyard and garden are waiting for you. The beautiful Bornheim has even more to offer than our cute brick house:
Beautiful hiking trails lead you through the nearby forest and vast fields. An all-round offer for cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, walkers and everyone else who likes the air and the forest. Likewise, the adventurers who want to discover Phantasialand or the city lovers for Bonn, Cologne, Brühl and Co ..
A dream in every season!
The house is located in a quiet residential area where children play on the street. The neighborhood is family. In the immediate vicinity of the brick house you will find playgrounds, beautiful organic country houses, lovingly designed half-timbered houses, sports facilities and small beekeeping stations.
If you want to go further: 10 minutes on foot to the Cologne / Bonn train connection with direct connection, 6 minutes by car to the A555 connection to Cologne Bonn, 7 minutes by car to the A61, 115 minutes by car to Phantasialand

Vielen vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub. Ein wirklich tolles Haus, bei dem alles wirklich einwandfrei durchdacht ist. Einrichtung sehr schön gewählt und auch die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts.
Viel mehr kann ich nicht schreiben, da es weder etwas zu bemängeln gibt, noch etwas negatives zu schreiben gibt. Alles was vorhanden ist zu Loben würde den Rahmen nun sprengen ;) Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser die wir jemals hatten. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Really great house. Nicely decorated and furnished. Every room has own tv and fridge. We stayed for 4 days. Its 10 minutes drive to Phantasialand, and near supermarkets. We can recommend to book this house!
