    I really wanted to like this hotel. On arrival, we were 1.5 hours early, and believe it or not, we were not allowed into our rooms, but told to leave our bags if we wanted, and come back. Seriously, who still does that?!?! It’s not like I showed up 4-5 hours early. So that immediately got me upset, then the cleaning lady not leaving any soap in the bathroom was also upsetting as I not only had to ring reception to get it, I then had to go downstairs as well. Then there’s the upside down plastic glasses in the bathroom, on the bathroom sink... Gross! So unhygienic and quite frankly alarming to think anyone would drink from them. There were literally circle marks on the sink when I lifted one of them. The plus side to the hotel, the rooms are spacious with big windows that actually open. There’s a walk nearby, and if you’re up to it, you can walk to Market Sq in about 30 mins. You can take an Uber for £8 or the hotel offers some rubbish coupon thing for €12. There are also bikes for hire. The hotel is themed on bikes. The rooms have a coffee machine which is a godsend for people like me who love coffee. My only other gripe with the hotel was the cost of breakfast. At *** for two just to have some eggs is simply outrageous!
