This was the perfect place to stay in Bruges. Very close to the canal, grocery store and café is also nearby. Gita at breakfast was the superstar. So cheerful and made us start off the day so well. Jules, the manager and receptionist was an absolute delight. We definitely stay here again.

The room was pleasant and offering consistent hot water, while housekeeping kept everything tidy and fresh. However, the bathroom could use some improvement, as it didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a generally enjoyable experience despite some limitations in facilities.

I arrived early and no one was in the reception. Supposedly I should had a code to enter and auto self check in but i didn't get one. There was no ring or clear instructions at the door to o jnow how to enter to my room. I asked for the money back because I had to figure something else out for my staying and the response was negative.
