The room was pleasant and offering consistent hot water, while housekeeping kept everything tidy and fresh. However, the bathroom could use some improvement, as it didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a generally enjoyable experience despite some limitations in facilities.

If u ask me to rate the Worst stays in a lifetime, then this ranks No 1.
Check in 15.30 hrs Checkout 11.00 so you are paying for a day and get 19.30 hrs. 5 Euros for Shampoo. Extra Pillow 2.50 Euro. Hairdryer 5 Euro(is this some kind of Joke,as we have never experienced this even in a Homestay before)Agoda had asked to pay City tax of 4.00 Euro per person per day thats fine.They put another Admin fee of another 4 Euro hidden charges.Agoda kindly refund the same. The Comfort Canal facing room was basic with rolled fiber sheets on the floor ,and the same on the bed head rests and the same sheets in the bathroom. The staff give us the feeling of staying in a Bruges Jail as they are lest bothered n one of the men staff whos name i do not recall( front office guy Charles was decent)screamed at my wife for trying to just use a plate and the Micro wave to heat something.Is this Belgian Hospitality. Please do not make the mistake of staying here as there are fabulous places to stay in the vicinity. There were multiple Couples trying to check in and couldnt figure out how get in and we would try and help them as the front desk is un manned most of the time . Absolutely Beautiful Bruges... with a Horrible experience.

I arrived early and no one was in the reception. Supposedly I should had a code to enter and auto self check in but i didn't get one. There was no ring or clear instructions at the door to o jnow how to enter to my room. I asked for the money back because I had to figure something else out for my staying and the response was negative.
