Location, friendly staff, great for a group booking. Value for money.
Could not get wifi to work in kitchen area. Had to go the bedrooms to use. Maybe a TV in kitchen area for use when groups stay.

Very nice location with an easy walk along the promenade by the sea and can get to local restaurants. The little pool is nice to dip your toes in but doesn’t regularly get the sunshine.
If it had been the summer months it would have been a struggle with heat as there was no air conditioning

The location was fine for our weeks stay in Cape Town. The breakfast was the same menu every day but we at least could tweak it with a variety of eggs
Our room was very small. There was not enough room to gang all our clothes so we lived out of a suitcase.
