checkin was quick. Wifi password readily available. A large lounge for our family get together was part of one of our rooms and Liesl arranged some crockery and glasses for us.
My self catering unit in the car park was poorly equipped if I really needed to self cater. All the cupboards and drawers were empty of utensils but there was a microwave, air fryer, kettle and nespresso machine.
A security light shining outside in the carpark was intrusive.
One of the rooms and the lounge needed many lightbulbs to be replaced to make them usable which the efficient staff did once we pointed it out.
The shower in my wife's room never worked properly, either flow or temperature was erratic.

The location is good
The room we were in, room 11, made us feel very claustrophobic and the bed was very uncomfortable. The images on the booking didn't reflect the room that we stayed in.
