The beach of Morgat is 200m walk, and all the shops and amenities of the seaside resort are accessible without taking the car.
The place is very quiet, yet very close to the resort.
The large beach of Morgat is a family beach, ideal for swimming.
A large secure terrace facing south gives access to the garden.
There are three bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with three single beds for children.
The house has two bathrooms, one of which is in the master suite.
One of the double bedrooms has a shower room.
On the ground floor, a large entrance distributes the kitchen and the large lounge / dining room. There is also a fireplace with insert, and wood available.
Enclosed garden, with two parking spaces and a closed garage.

We could spend 10 wonderful days in Morgat. The house offers plenty of space and everything was nice and clean. The contact was friendly and straightforward. It made it easier for us that Mr. le B.spoke English very well. I was just a little surprised by the hidden costs for cleaning (90 €)

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit im Ferienhaus von Eric. Ideal für Familien mit zwei Kleinkindern. Der große Garten und die Nähe zum Strand machen Spaß. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Korrespondenz mit Eric war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Peu de choses à ajouter par rapport aux autres commentaires trés positifs. Maison agréable, bien équipée et très bien située à Morgat: à 2 pas de la plage, 10 minutes à pieds du club nautique pour les enfants et de superbes randonnées à pieds ou en kayak. On a particulièrement apprécié le mobilier de jardin.
