Beautifully designed and landscaped with all necessary facilities and experiences on site
The stairs could be a problem for some guests. A mini bar in the room would have been good, but not a deal breaker.

Wow, what didn’t I like. The property location was perfect, in the best part of Sidemen. The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable and the views were incredibly and so magical to wake up to. It was great that there were two pools to visit, a lovely restaurant and stunning area for massages.
I was sadly ill for a lot of my stay but Joel and the family and team went above and beyond to help me with seeing the doctor, special food etc. I will be visiting again no question :)

The setting, the local staff, the swimming pools, the food.
Owner responsiveness - he said he had ordered us a taxi to leave to our next accommodation but none had been ordered. We waited and it never turned up. His lovely staff had to sort it out but it meant we were delayed. He also said when he was ordering the taxi that he would see us before we left but he didn’t. We said goodbye to his lovely staff instead. Also his wife didn’t seem to engage with guests at all - although she was visible in the restaurant. They did seem to engage with the French guests though.
