About this villa rental
Built among lush greenery with unobstructed views, Anemole offers an outdoor, seasonal pool with a sun terrace. Free WiFi access is available in all areas.
Featuring beamed ceilings and arched entryways, the country-style cottage features a satellite, flat-screen TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Tavernas and shops lie 1 km from Anemole. The centre of Chania Town is 12 km away, while Souda Airport is 22 km away.
Anna Malai is located in "Aptera" or "Megala Chorafia", a small village not far from the sea and the beaches and around the corner from Chania. It is situated in a green and quiet area. In Megala Chorafia there are crossroads to several destinations in Crete. Allthough Megala Chorafia is only very small it has nice taverns, a kafenion and a minimarket (that actually sells a lot, including vegetables and fruit and fresh bread, but also things like batteries).
In our village, you can visit the following sites:
- The ruins of the ancient city "Aptera" (dated from the 9th c. B.C. to the 7th c. A.D.) are just 10 minute walk from the house.
- The Castle "Aptera" which was built by Hussein Avni pasha after the Cretan Revolution of 1866 to control the region of Apokorona.

A lovely split villa. Spacious and well fitted. Lovely views and a great swimming pool with shade. Some foliage could do with cutting back. Great restaurant in village and goods base for driving as near main highway but far enough away as to be not a factor. George was great but his father who helps is such a lovely man. If I go back to Crete will come here again

Eine Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und einem sehr großen Pool.
Dieser wird geteilt mit dem Penthouse ist aber genug Platz.
Die Aussicht ist ausschließlich in die Berge, aber wunderschön.
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, der Vater kommt jeden Tag nach dem Rechten sehen und geht auch auf Wünsche ein. Er bringt auch manchmal Früchte und selbstgemachtes Olivenöl (ist ausgesprochen lecker). Mountainbikes stehen auch zur Verfügung. Es wäre auch eine Zwischenreinigung möglich gewesen. 10 min zu Fuß sind drei gute Restaurants, mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min am nächsten Strand und in 15 min in Chania. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder.
